The divisional Ladder is in the beta and final stages of becoming fully functional, Unfortuently it'll be in the beta stages untill a first complete cycle of it is completed...But rest assured everything will be done to ensure a smooth functional system.

Everything seems understandable except the tax part.
Now it seems we are paying a Subscription fee to be part of the Gotei

I mean, the total activity in the Gotei is already low in the first place.
Now this system might just defer members from joining if they are in the position to lose points =/

You'll start gaining alot more points in contests, usually getting points for any place you come in or something like that.

The tax is a percentage of all the points that your div members hold..So i'll add up all your divs points then calculate 15% of that and get an admin to remove it equally from each person or something like that.

So the tax comes from everyone in the div.

Tax's shouldn't be a problem if captains start dishing out points like they're supposed to.

Tax day is every sunday evening, or in your case every sat morning or evening depending on when i get around to it...A post will be made when it happens.

Activity in the gotei is actually pretty good at the moment.

I have to say that this is a pretty good idea actually. It encourages more members to get their asses online and do some good for the division. 1st FTW though. I really hate the idea of the tax thing though. It's kind of stupid.

Those in the red are the divs that did not compete in contest #37 and thus their position cannot be noted, They will recieve the 15% tax along with the last three instead of the losers tax this first time because we didn't really give you guys notice..

Not yet, I'm going to get all the points that need to be taxed when i get home..

/me is at the uni at the moment.

When i've collated all the points for all the divs and worked out the tax for each div i'll spam each of the admins pm boxes with the amount saying it needs to be taken away from you guys.

When thats been done that admin will post in the ladder thread saying the tax has been taken away.

ermm..... its a lot of points... imagine you have 14 people in your division, and each of the 13 has 2000 points, excluding the captain. The captain has around 20k, so in total the entire division has 46k... 15% of it is about 6900...

u mean each member has to pay 6.9k?!?! O____O

or is it the 6.9k is divided among the members???

I was under the impression it would be from the division "bank" of points or in other words the amount of money the captain is holding for your division in his bank.

I think it's like what Zen said. Taxes will be deducted through the division bank rather than from each members

I'll figure out the amount to be taxed from your div.

That amount is then divided equally amongst how many members are in that div and that equal amount is taken from each member...:)...

Wait, so we're not going to get any income? It doesn't make a whole lot of sense that we're supposed to be immune to taxation and then be declared deprived of 18k points whether we win the tournament or not (since, if another Div wins, they would get the same amount of money as us - the 52k). I don't want to be obnoxious, but this isn't going to be a trend, is it? Are we just never going to be paid the weekly income at all? (I'm not trying to insinuate anything, but we do need to know for Div financial planning. This...kinda screws everything up, since we were relying on the terms of the ladder that had been posted.)
