Okay. Just watched the YTV aired episode.

Continued good jobs by some VAs. Hinamori and Aizen's are turning out great. The Aizen & Gin scene was well done I think even though I'm not too big a fan of Gin's voice.

Yachiru's voice is spot on.

Well, I have to say, I was thoroughly satisfied with the dub of this episode. Any imperfections that may have been present were eclipsed by the sheer awesomeness that is the Goddess of anime voice acting, Kari Wahlgren. Never considered her for Yachiru, as I was expecting one of the Tachikoma to have gotten that role, but she's got one hell of a cute voice it surprises me that I never thought of it.

Anyways, Yachiru is perfect. It's friggin' Kari Wahlgren, how can it not be? I'm still more or less satisfied with Kenpachi, though there are a few things not exactly rubbing me the right way. Still a nice gruff sounding voice that definately works with the character.

As I said before, I really do love Kyle's Aizen when he's in his serious moments, like after he closed the curtain and started talking to Renji seriously, so I have no complaints about him in this episode. It's just that I felt one aspect was missing from his introduction a few episodes back is all, that warm, happy, fatherly feeling Aizen gives off. I expect to hear it in his scene with Hinamori, though. Other than that, I'm digging Kyle as Aizen, and can't wait to hear him even further down the line. You all know what I mean.

Nothing else stood out, except that I found it hard to take Ganjuu and Kuukaku seriously in this episode, even though they were being genuinely earnest. The corny dialogue probably didn't help, and I got the feeling that Ganjuu was still cartoonish when he was talking about his dead brother.

Overall, good episode. I'm just way too excited about Kari Wahlgren to be overly critical about it.... Hee hee! Kari Wahlgren!

The only Thing Ganju's VA did wrong in this episode was that he sounded nowhere near as pissed off as he should've been when Ichigo accidently made him repeat a line in the cannon ball, I expected him to be deep, but still sound as loud or pissed off as he could, Ganju was crying in the animation, and he was about to die thanks to Ichigo.

I think the end with Zaraki's dialouge was a bit much & less dramatic than the subbed.
Ichi's words when he woke up were messed up, it was funnier before & better.

There are other comments to this, but frankly for this episode I prefer the subbed version, cause this was disappointing.

Also Yachiru's voice was okay. Could be better but whaddya gonna do.

Hinamori and Aizen continue to dazzle me with their quick improvement.
Ganju and Yamm-jii were here and there~so was the cat.
Zaraki is really locking into position, but then off model in some places.
Everyone else was acceptable, including Renji and Ichimaru.
She only had a couple lines, but I liked Yachiru's voice.
Very well portrayed, she was so gosh darn cute XD

Episode 26 is going to premiere on Friday in Canada. They get the episodes first on Fridays, then on Saturdays Adult Swim airs the episodes.
