What's your fave J, C, T or K drama?

Quick question for those who watch these kinds of dramas. I always wanted to know if there was anyone who watched Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese, or Korean dramas. If so, then what is it???

Mine at the moment is Meteor Garden. It's apparently a Taiwanese drama made after Hana Yori Dango, "Boys Over Flowers". Very awesome ^_^

Really I'm not watching any at the moment yet there was this time I saw a Japanese drama the name was 'All about Eve' and really at the beggining I was like:"Dear God, a Japanese drama this must be good" in the end it wasn't that much yet I finished watching it mostly due to pride self esteem cause I don't like to leave things unconcluded.

Well I have heard good things about 'Meteor Garden' yet I haven't seen it, but I'll like to if I only I knew were ^^

GOKUSEN. OMG. GOKUSEN 2. because they have really hot guys. kame and jin-jin<3 *squee* i also like GTO. man, it's all those teacher dramas. and of course MG coz of the cookie scene. YOU JUST CAN'T BEAT THE COOKIE SCENE IN MG!!!!!!

Anyways, I watched quite a few korean dramas.. some of 'em are pretty boring! but the nicest korean drama I've watched is Full House.. it even has a decent OST! :redbiggri

I love watching KDramas. <3 My favorite has to be My Lovely Sam-Soon or My Name is Kim Sam-Soon. It's so funny &cuute!! (:
I also watched Winter Sonata. It was ok. It started out pretty good, but it all sort'a went downhill from there. :\ It became repeatative and a bit annoying. I still watched it to the end, and was satisfied, I guess. ^^6
I'm not sure if this applies, but I watched this movie my friend gave me called Love on a Diet. omgoodness. It's such a hilarious movie &it's so sweet. >3 I love it.

ahhh!!! i love my name is kim sam-soon. i just started watching it today. XD!

i prefer autumn's story over winter sonata. i loved the first two episodes- cried my eyes out actually, but then it started getting draggy. >< IMHO, winter sonata should've been a maximum of 12 episodes. not 20.

Well I like Hero, a Jap drama starring Kimura Takuya and Matsu Takako. It's a pretty old series already, watched it when I just finished high school, but it's really cool and I love it still.

I have yet to watch Korean dramas. But I've watched several Korean movies. And I find only a a few of them are nice, like Too Beautiful to Lie and My Tutor Friend, starring Kim Ha-Nuel. :P

I watch a lot a lot of Cantonese Dramas eversince I was a kid, and even now I watch them through the satellite, but I don't have a particular favourite. I am not really a fan of Taiwanese dramas because they cry too much all the time and the characters in the stories are always so freaking annoying.

I'm currently watching/obsessing Goong [also known as: The Palace, Princess Hours, or The Imperial Household] and it's FANTASTIC. I love the manhwa, so I'm really exciting about this series.

My favorite actors/actresses include: Matsumoto Jun, Yamashita Tomohisa, Kamenashi Kazuya, Hiroki Narimiya, Oguri Shun, Lee Dong Wook, Inoue Mao, and Lee Da Hae.

I think it depends because each series is of two completely different genres. Gokusen is more of a school oriented, slice of life (but not the overly cheesy kind), and humor-type show while 1 Litre of Tears is ALL tear jerking drama.

I'd certainly pick Gokusen over 1 Litre of Tears. 1 Litre of Tears, while great in its own category is my least favorite of all the series of watched. It's not that 1 Litre of Tears is bad (I loved it), it's just that so many series are just better.

But that's just my opinion, heh. Make sure you have loads of tissues and chocolate if you're planning to watch it, though, and maybe a rag to wipe your drool. Nikishido Ryo is great in this series. XD
