Basically I noticed Chii had the same banner my friend on SPPf made and didn't have any credit in her sig. I told him about it to see if someone requested his Chii banner and he said nobody requested it. He didn't even know about Club Bleach or the user Chii. He's upset that someone used his sig without permission so that's why I made this thread for him since he's not on CB.

I believe this area is more towards members who actually post un-original/stolen work in the Art & Graphics (http://forums.bleachportal.net/forumdisplay.php?f=96) Section. (and claim it as their own)

Many new members mistakenly use a GFX or GIF they found in a search engine & put it in their sig. It's not like they are purposely breaking the rules, they just do not know.

Would suggest you PM/Contact chii about it first before requesting any actions to be taken.

Also a actual link to this GFX your friend made wouldn't hurt

Yea I put one banner in my siggy that I found in the search engine and i put it in. It turned out that the same person was using the same banner and i didnt know that. So i apologized and used another one i think you need to ask her where she got it from.

yes i see your friends profile... but theres no picture of your friend with the "ripped" sig in their sig space... the only picture of the "ripped sig" i see if on the accused persons sig space

provide the original sig in your friends sig space and that should help your case... otherwise i dont see any proof the sig has been ripped...

If nobody has any more constructive vommends, I'll close this thread. It'll remain closed until after you PM Chii and try to solve this over PMs. If it cannot be solved over PMs, only then this thread will be-reopened. PM me or another Smod/Admin to open it.

no, ripping cannot be allowed. However, we need proof from I love ami, or whatever his.her name it is. Tell this person to upload the PSD and post a link here. Tell chii that if they can prove they have the PSD and did not rip it, then they are ok. Otherwise they may get some warning points.
