I don't there's one like this yet. But I'm probably wrong. So here's the rules:
Size: height = 80-115 width = 290-390
Theme: freestyle (can be black and white)
Rank: Experienced +
Stocks (fixed stock, if I get a nice hard-to-use stock to use from you I might consider letting you use it)

Due date: in three weeks at the least

Layers: 27-43 layers
-C4D: 1-3(no more no less)
-Max adjustment layers: 1-10 (no color balances or levels)(no more no less)
-Work layers: 25-30 layers (no more no less)
-Clipping masks: none (yes, some of us will die)
--Note: no smudging with extra settings, only default brushes.Topaz will be allowed as a work layer only if at least one of the member from each team has it.

If you're done PM the PSD to me then I'll inspect it with a partner then we'll send our's to you for inspection. This is practice for the upcoming contest but you can have another partner that's not your partner on the contest.
PS: It's hard but worth the time, trust me. Plus, this is one way to improve really quickly.
