I've never even heard of this system...what is it? what good is it? why do we need it since we where doing fine with out it? no really, I have no idea what this is...and what good it does us...but what is sounds like is points for not posting spamming...which people should always try to aviod...so why reward people for doing things that they are suppose do anyways?
