IMO, 1.6 > Source. 1.6 takes way more skill, in source, the guns are way too accurate.

CS 1.6 ftw! But playing CSS every now and then is alright, but gets kinda annoying when you get killed randomly though... Like the recoil on the rifles are insane and it's usually an instant headshot if you shoot near the torso area =P

Yeah I play CSS because everyone i used to play 1.6 with went to source and stuck with it. My steam name is dontcryloz and my xfire is dontcryloz if you want to play sometime.

I play surf :) - it was hard to get used to in the beginning, but once you do get used to it, its awesome!

I like the office map, can be abit annoying at some points, but its pretty cool.

If you're bored sometime just search servers and sort maps by name, then scroll down till you see the maps that begin with ''surf_''
I'd recommend surf_japan or surf_10x_final to begin with if you've never surfed before. Its hard at first, but when you know the trick its amazing and you can own everyone XD if anyone wants to play CS sometime add me on steam so we can own some noobs =p my username : shinigamiser (by the way i only have CS:Source)

Heh to me, that requires a damn decent computer and monitor imo. CS:S is indeed accurate hence tests your reflexes I guess.

I played 1.6 for a few years, I had quite a good lvl on it and all..
But my friends all had source, at first I thought that it was crap(like all the other typical 16. players), I hated the gameplay and all... But then I got used to it, and I find it better than 1.6.

Not only the graphics, but the gameplay is better, with the awp the scope is 3x faster, the weapons seem more precise, and there's none of that "aim for the feet and you'll do a HS"

There's also the fact that there are 2x less cheaters on source, on 1.6 everyone seems paranoid, if someone does a WS "ZoMG h4xXx0r voteban!!"

But I think that valve are gonna bring out a game very soon with 1.6 gameplay and source graphics
