in my country here, we have a mixture of malay, chinese and english language. So very often we mix up and actualy speak two languages at the same time.
Those who are not very good in english often makes this kind of mistakes and all...
there is even a section in the local newspaper which feature photos of local signboards, ads, etc using engrish ^^
