Sin

Motionless movements creep upon my wall,
A silent tread caused by destiny’s call;
And I won’t heed it at all.
Paranoid and peaceful, I watch the sky,
a blue horizon, beautifully tall,
furthermore, caused by destiny’s call.

And I won’t heed it at all,
This part of my life, this cause for strife.
Slowly, but surely, I reach for the knife;
Dearest friend I may well die tonight,
But I won’t call for help, I’ll take it all in -
I’ll righteously pay for the whole of my sin.
