Well, it's more about what you're mastubating to. I do not believe it's morally wrong. It's not really something bad like yelling at someone for no reason. All it is, is really just something people do to feel good (imo). Unless you're masturbating to kiddy pr0n, I don't think it's really wrong. It's a completely normal practice for both gender in their teenage years to masturbate. It's abnormal though for grown men to do so, because it means that there isn't enough sexual activity in their personal life. I probably stopped around 15, when i became sexually active.

In many cases a grown man would masturbate to "empty the bag" before going on a date, if they have not been sexually active past few weeks or months. Like a quote from "The Is Something About Marry", going on a date with a "loaded gun"...

Think of it this way: Your penis is soft tissue. Granted, it becomes rigid with blood during an erection, but the penis itself was not designed to support 140+ lbs. Putting a significant portion of your body weight onto it during face-down masturbation has serious risks.

I am also into working out, so I will let you in on something. When you jack off, your testosterone decreases, but, returns to normal levels within 3 hours. So, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
However, your testosterone peaks during the seventh day without jackin it, during this time masturbation would help increase testosterone.
After eight days, it decreases slightly below normal levels.(if you didn't masturbate for all seven days)
If you don't masturbate at all, you are only hurting yourself, as you could get prostate cancer from never doing it.(though unlikely)

it's not that you can only have sex with people 16-18, but 19 and up must be considered an adult there so it would be statutory rape. Then 16 is the age where it begins to be legal so probably a 16 could get in trouble for having sex with a 15 yr old, but I doubt they follow that law much. I think it is more to protect underage kids from adults or people over 18.

At least statistically, you're experienceing different things, so you don't know how to handle them....but around 19-21 is sexual peak for a male.

Okay, i'd like to start with the fact that one artical i read stated that regular sex/masturbation can incress life expectancy up to 10 years! yeah, i repeate, 10 years!

as for reasons not to do it, i can't think of any, even religous ones. i've read the bible and no where in it does it even mention masturbation, however i do belive the tora(what you might call the jewish bible lol) refers to "spilling wasted seed". Oh and for the "killing unborn children" i do belive (could be longer, been a while since i read that artical) sperm only live a couple of days, even inside your testies, so those unborn children die anyways, no way to stop it. one of the main differnces in the genders sex organs is in males, its constantly working, to replace the dieying sperm. women on the other hand are born with a set amount of eggs, and once they are gone, they are gone (known as menopause).
