ok, u see that green dot by ur name somewhere down there? that's an accumulation of rep.
rep is awarded by clickin on the wieghts icon by ur online/offline status.
a mini window will pop up, give ur name and y ur repping or something...
the more u recieve rep, the more green dots u recieve.
