What software can i use to make a Bleach sprite game?

Before i start, i am a new user AND HAVE READ THE RULES! I think this is where this thread goes.

I need a software that is-
Easy to use
Not huge on memory
That will let me use stuff like this sprite sheet (if you want more tell me)
Oh. Wait. Also, someone tell me how to post a sprite sheet.

photoshop is what i use/used it was pretty easy but took a while or
