I say amateur, bottom 2 are experienced (am not counting the double versions of the same tag as separate tags) but the rest are amateur. Really close, but I believe you need more tags like the bottom two...

Since we don't include duplicates as seperate tags, you really need one more tag to make a total of five...

Still, I'll let it slide this time.

Numbers 3 & 4 are (just) experienced, but the top two bring you down to amateur overall. You're pretty good at colouring, but your lighting needs work, and you need to work on cleaning up your tags and making them less messy.

amateur. you have some contrast issues, and your light sources are too strong an unnatural. make some tags with better lighting and I'll give you experienced.
