Suggestions

I want to make a suggestion how to improve the effectiveness of our div :). (For example we shouldn't miss any deadlines in the future *g*)

How about forming teams with about two or three members, who are responsible for each contest/tournament/other activations, eg. deadlines, hint updates and set the members thinking about the contests?

But I don't like being a one man band doing the updates...

naw, the captain and the vice captain naturally have to coordinate the teams and keep everything running ^^. So that's why they are left out of the teams. That doesn't mean less work...

Ignore the member list that is posted in the gotei section, it's messed up. Ai hasn't updated the member lists in a while. When he updates them, it will show all the members.

As I'm rarely in contact with members that aren't on the IRC channel, I want to be in a group with mexican... He's one of the few members that I'm pretty much always in touch with.

kay, those teams kaname posted aren't official. don't worry. if you look at post #18 you'll see i've listed some general tasks a group of members might want to focus on. If you want to be in any of those or one you mention that is valuable then all you have to do is tell me and you'll gain those responsibilities. =P

Sorry, I don't think thats a good distribution. Those who take care of the contests/tournaments will have ever present deadline stress. Don't wanna have this job XD. And activity checks/member recrutation is something you can do as an incidential task. It's nothing we need two whole teams on it o.O .
