((Okay this is just to explain my character's shikai attacks and how she got them and such))
Last day of Weakness
100 days had passed since she knew her zanpaktou's name. 100 Days, Not a long or short period of time. Indeed, Learning her zanpaktou's name was a valuable possession but still, she had a long way from bankai, the ultimate goal of all shinigami. Many had failed the test, and only a hand full learnt bankai. But even so, only a few out of them had really famous and powerful bankais.
The cold, frigid air hurt if a person breathed in. Oddly, Yuna had no pain. Since the beginning of her days in Soul Society, She had never felt the cold as a pain, but rather as a pleasant temperature like a warm summer's day. Though she had a scarf wrapped around her head to be avoided looking at. The Soul Society was a great place, but sometimes she thought that being a renegade wouldn't be so bad. She thought this again and pondered it until her zanpaktou spoke to her.
"You shouldn't be thinking like that. You should concentrate more on whats directly in front of you. These thoughts are what distract you, Yuna. You must learn to control them." It said in a voice sounding like a cool river. Her zanpaktou was always like this. Very Serious and caring. But a few moments later she found that her zanpaktou was right. She had sat down reaching into her pockets only to realise that she should have been more careful. Her glove was gone.
Her glove that she found while she was a student in the Shinigami Academy. They had gone to the real world for the final test. Defeat a real hollow. Not those dummy hollows but a real, dangerous hollow. They had come to a spot that many hollows were reported to gather. When they had got there, a massive amount of hollows were fighting. Fighting for what looked like a glove. The air shimmered with dense reitasu, coming from the glove. Of course, The hollows-attracted to the glove that was giving off dense reitasu-had gathered and fought for the possession of the glove.
The hollows then furiously attacked the new shinigami, but luckily the Shingami Teachers had also followed and they-of many years of experience-managed to fend the hollows off. But still 3 shingami were lost to the hollows. Many escaped. Then-as no one else discovered the glove-Yuna headed towards the glove. It was red, but had a slight white glow to it. Amazed, she put it on and found it was no ordinary glove. Runes glowed on the glove that read- Arcane Fury. It was in a foreign language but somehow Yuna read the runes. She whispered the words as she thought what it could mean, and a liquid metal came pouring out of the glove. Shocked, she couldn't do anything and watched the liquid metal encase itself on Yuna's arm.
The memory washed over Yuna. She had that glove for over a long time. Maybe 5 years. But that was still a short time, but she had grown accustomed to it. She then asked, "You know where it is, Don't you?". Her zanpaktou felt astonished for a brief moment then hid it's emotions. "Yes, I do." Relief broke through, but then Yuna said, "But you're not giving it until I train, right?". Her Zanpaktou laughed and said,
"Yes, Yuna. We will train."
