I've never read the books, I didnt even know they exsisted, the film made me cry loads though.Not sure if thats good or bad.

Rofl, I actually follow this series. Call me a dork, but the first book was totally adorable and I really liked the second one.

But this fourth one that just got released. Oh, geez. I read it out of loyalty but what a lousy way to continue (or conclude) the plotline. I understand it's supposed to be about girls growing up--another 'heartwarming coming-of-age story for the masses' but Nahh. Too disapointing.

And rumors about a sequel for that sorry excuse of a movie (where all the girls are 17 year old whiny babies) makes me want to vomit. :<

I love the series but I've noticed that this thread is a little dead but I love the books there great and there not like about pimples or any of that shit
