Buttons not loading

The 'reply', 'quote' and 'edit' buttons won't load... it's probably because imageshack is having problems i think, (i dunno but i can't upload anything into it) anyone else having this problem, or is it just me?

Depends what skin you're on. Works fine for me on Black Desire

This morning I logged in and none of them were working but after simply refreshing my page they worked.
