Bleach Cosplay

I was interested in Bleach Cosplay, I found some of these pictures I thought were pretty good cosplay. Most you see in the anime cons are horible and look nothing like the actual characters, but these ones actually surprised me.

They look good, I agree so pictures that I see of Bleach cosplay or any cosplay look very little like the characters that they are cosplaying, but I also know how hard it is to put together a costume and how expensive it can be to make a costume. I have made a few anime costumes myself, I have never let anyone take a picture of me in them because I knew that they weren't up to par but I still liked to dress up and that maybe by making this costumes I would sharpen my skills, I would like to see those who put down the not so good costumes run a sewing machine and put together a good costume, then I would let them critque others costumes. Don't judge someones workmenship until you try it yourself I say.

Aaaah, I love cosplay, but I've only really cosplayed American Mcgee's Alice...

It's halloween season, so I bought a black wig and I'm gonna try making it into Rukia. Dunno how well I'll do, but I'm gonna use KatieBlair's tutorials, and she runs a cosplay wig shop online...

I really want to make Zangetsu, though normal form would be hard, and shikai form would probably be easy enough with massive ammounts of cardboard and bandages *shrug*

Aaah, the sad part, finding someone who would do it with me ;_;

the first one is really good! all the Inoue ones are not that good...

The first one is the best, it actually look like the characters, the other two isn't that good. I really want to dress up like a character, it seems fun :)

Yeah I have to agree on that Inoue sucks lol, but Shunsui, Nanao and Don Kanonji are pretty good.

the picture of inoue laughing with don kanonji is so ugly she scares me!!!!! but, having a perfect cosplay is really difficult. so i cant blame them

damn Nanao-chan.. actually LOOKs like Nanao-chan.. her captain is not as good.. but still DAMN good.
If i had to cosplay, i'd cosplay Byakuya, even though i am a girl mwhaha..

Some of those weren't bad taking into consideration the time, effort and money that it generally takes to Cosplay anything.

I saw a few over at AnimeSuki from an Annual Bleach Cosplay that I believe happens in Otakon each year, a lot of them were just representations, but there were a couple that really were striking and very close resemblences. They'll be the last to be shown of course. =)

Personally I thought the Renji picture and the Mayuri picture were the best two there, but others will have their own views.

Don't worry I knew that before posting those, I even said I think his were better. =)

I do think the Renji and Mayuri pictures I posted were pretty good, they were the only two I really liked when I saw them at AnimeSuki.

I would like to cosplay sometime too.. but I think the only one I might be able to pull off would be Nano if I loose some weight (main reason, I need my glasses I'm totally blind without them :P) :P

I still really wanna do a cosplay of one of the shinigami (I'll crossplay if nessecery) but I dunno when, if I should wait for the Japantown Anime Fair in san fran later this year, or wait for Fanime Con in san jose next year. Or attempt both and be a lunatic
