And I'm pretty sure that the little girl has something to do with the Claymores but I'm pretty sure that she isn't Priscilla (she's WAY to small. Priscilla was a teenage girl. This girl looks like she's 7 years or so. It is weird that she can sense Yoma.

Normal Yoma is probably the best he can handle. Beating an AB would at least require a way of sensing the flow of Yoki or superhuman techniques, abilities, or at least insane reflexes. I doubt he has any of those, if he's still 100% human that is.

I really don't think that he is a male Claymore or an awakened being. I think he just trained all this time, so that he could not be "useless" anymore to Clare. He does seem pretty tough. He moved fast enough to catch the Yoma off guard and cut its head in half. :o

A low level awakened being is more than enough to own his ass if he is still human. Sooner or later, he will agree to join the ranks of male claymore.

I still don't see that happening, IMO. I don't think that Raki will ever become a Claymore. PLUS, we have yet to see what he can do and how much power he has already. There are plenty of normal Yoma to cut up. The awakened beings can be gotten by Clare and the rest of the gang, while Raki backs them up by killing the little guys. :D

I really LOVE that Raki is back! :D I actually think that it is very cool that Priscilla cares about him enough that she hasn't eaten any guts in 7 years. Remember when Raki caught her eating guts she was crying while she did it. She doesn't like what she is, but she can't help herself. Until Raki entered the scene, now it seems that she can control herself because of his presence in her life.

If you mean their sisterly bond, than I think Alicia and Beth would be more powerful since they also have the sisterly bond and the genetic one. But Alicia/Beth really isn't a two-Claymore team. It's an Awakened Being that's controlled by a venerable Claymore. The Luciella/Raphaela combo might be more physically powerful ebing made up of a combination of two claymore's strength. Does that mean our legless lady will serve as Beth's role for the beast?

That's not gonna be happening if Priscilla is going to be hanging out on top of Raki's shoulder to help protect him against the stronger Yoma and/or Claymores. Clare would be too pissed to even think about something like that. Though I'm not gonna flat out say that Claymores don't feel that thing called Love towards others because Clare showed compassion to Raki, just as Teresa showed compassion to Clare when she was just a human child. So I can see that happening, realistically, Clare and Raki going at it though the thought is just kinda... I don't know...

I can see what you're saying. There will be a conflict brought up from Raki's friendship with Priscilla, no doubt. He is going to be torn between, Clare (his savior, friend and IMO someone he loves) and Priscilla (friend, he has pity for her and wants to save her IMO, more of a brother thing).

I don't believe that Priscilla is evil. She was crying while eating guts when Raki saw her eating them. She didn't want to eat it. Thus, with the security and friendship of Raki she has been able to not eat guts for 7 years!! O.O I don't believe that Priscilla would be helping Raki kill Yoma or traveling with him like she is if she weren't trying to be "good".

So, I don't agree with the possibility of her turning Raki against the Claymores by filling his head with lies.

But I do agree that a conflict will come up between ClareXPriscillaXRaki. Can't wait to see it happen actually.

BTW, the whole RakiXClare, won't ever happen, or it won't happen until a lot later IMO. (a fangirl can dream though ;))

Chapter starts out with quite a bit of discussion between Yuma/Cynthia/Clare, and Cynthia seems quite knowledgeable about the territories of their small continent. (Which has an odd shape)

Next we shift to a scene of 3 Claymores in town, along with two MiB, and the two MiB appear rather distressed. (My guess is that this is the team Lune was supposed to meet up with, and they are worried that she is missing)

The Ghosts are in town as well, but are keeping a low-profile. (Nothing suspicious about those hoods)

An AB shows itself and attempts to take a surprise attack on the Claymores only to be stopped by Clare + Cynthia.

The other Claymores are shocked and Clare tells Yuma to deal with them.

Yuma appears and quickly takes out two of them with ease. (Some very nice movement here)
The last remaining Claymore matches blades with Yuma and introduces herself as number 14, and is then defeated by Yuma with ease.

The MiB are shocked but before they can do anything Yuma knocks them out as well.

Yuma is surprised that one of her opponents was such a high rank, and how easily she defeated her.

Scene switches to Clare and Cynthia owning the AB, the AB eventually separates its' body in two, the top half being humanoid with wings, and tries to escape.

Clare calls for Yuma again (we will make a leader out of you yet Clare!) and Yuma throws her sword much like Clare did back in chapter 2 and removes the AB's wings. (whether she use Yoki or not is hard to tell, it looks like her muscles just tensed up, I didn't see any "Yoki-veins."

Clare and Cynthia catch up to it as it falls and finish it off, Clare landing with Yuma's sword in her left hand.

The towns people are amazed as Clare/Cynthia/Yuma stand over the unconscious Claymores. Soon enough Rubel appears from the crowd, and Clare grows visibly upset at his appearance.

He's apparently part of the other-side in the mainland battle and infiltrated the island, and organization. He probably is there to ensure the organization aka his enemy doesn't realize the existence of the half-awakened state that Clare, Miria, Deneve and a few others were able to accomplish hence the fact he had them "sent" to the North for that battle with Isleys troops. Basically this all simply means that Rubel is on fecking sly guy.

If you take young, human Clare (who I seem to remember being eleven or so for some reason) and add about five or so years I think that's pretty accurate. It's just longer hair, and a slightly more mature face (and a facial expression that doesn't belong on any kid). :3

Adult Clare looks to be in her mid-twenties. And she would look pretty close to that if she grows her hair out and smiles more. Her hair style does change some through the chapters, but in a group of women where practically everyone has silver hair and wears armor her short hair cut has become somewhat of a necessity for us to identify her.
