Primarily welcome to CB.
That represents a kind of title here on CB, it will change with the time as your postcount increases.
Possible titles are the following: leecher, karakura citizen, hollow, menos grande and the last title, shinigami.
If you've premium/veteran status or membered in a division/group, then you would be able to change your title to what you desire.
Mine is a custom one, unlike yours which is default :)
And as Sky said, if you've enough vbucks, then you would be able to buy that option.
