Anyone wanna battle a gimp user?

Theme will be stock manipulation. I like the idea of there being a max amount of layers...how does 12 or 14 layers max sound?

It's slightly different on PS my friend, 12-14 layers to a GIMP user may seem fine but to PS users it can be not enough.

Lets just leave it to stock manip, and with that i wish to participate :)

And 12 layers isn't easy in Gimp....I hate it when ppl are "seterotypical" like that...making Gimp seem so much easier than ps (sadness)

P.S. I would TOTALLY use my current, but I'm assuming thats not cooll with yall :-) (its 14 layers)

Ni-Juu: I think the white movie border kills your tag the most, apart from that I like i.
Sys: Yours just looks like apply image>smudge, c4d>screen, Coloured lights. I know it's only a few layers, but you could have done more imo.

really good lighting and effects. bg could has ok depth, but could be better. good call on the low contrast. would love to see some type on it. IMO

.Sys: bg lacks depth. its really flat looking. lighting needs work and some of the effects seem unneccessary. the red spot on her face is bad and drws attention to itself. IMO

NI-Juu: its a good tag. has nice depth and the effects are good, although not all, like the orange on the cig, but its just not as good as pie's. effects seem abit messy and it needs more contrast. IMO

Pie - Nice tag, love the right side, light source is a bit weird but it still looks awesome.
Ni-juu - Good tag but for me the HT(i think thats what it is) typo and the white 'movie' boarder kills it.
Sys - Sorry but ss others said imo even for 14 layers max it looks kinda plain, kinda looks like youve smuged her arm and then added some effect c4ds on lighten around her :/. I know you can do better. :)
