Thread creating

Do all members have the option to close and sticky their own threads? Or is it just me and the mods/smods/admins/gotei 13 captains?

Only captains, *mods, smods & admins.
(*i.e: GFX Crew, Academy Staff, RPG GM's, etc...)

Regular members don't have those options

ah okay, and it will work for any forum they create a thread in right?

No , only the section your a mod over. GFX crew can only close and open classification threads , Shinigami Academy Staff can only close threads in their thing etc etc..

yeah....when you're a mod, your privileges are only active in the section that you were assigned to. An Smod would have privileges over the whole forum, just like an admin...unless theyre in the Gotei project already..then they'll only have access to their own div when it comes to the Gotei.

Your powers are pretty limited to sections outside where you moderate.

Since your a VC/DC, you can close/open almost any thread you've created despite the section.
About the sticky, i'm not sure about >.>

aw cool, cus its just that I have to option to stick my own thread in the lounge forum as well and pretty much in everywhere I make a thread.
