Character Error?

Well, I changed my title to "|10th| I <3 주몽" But whenever I do the "몽" character is replaced with "Ǟ". Is this a bug or something?

I assume the usertitle is limited, japanese characters probably take up too much of the character limit

But why does it work only on regualr posts? Because Japanese takes up too much?

You can use only 25 characters for the user title. Regular posts aren't limited.

Jap, koreans characters, same thing :P. They take more character space than the regular letters :P

I wanted to put greek too and made the same thing.. i guess its the same thing.
