its pretty good, but i dont spend 400 buk on a graphic card... a cheap reliable one is good enough ya? i like my 9250 128 mb and its great... i dunno who would buy it.. seriousy.

gamers like me would buy it =) but i'm already running dual BFG 6600 gt's wooohooooo! go pci-e!

btw that card is great, my friend has the pci-e version...pretty much the direction that everything is going

i just bought my brothers old graphics card off him (ati radeon x800 pro 256mb) for £75 including his old processor and 80gb hard drive....if i were to buy that lot in the shops over here...would be coming up to £350-£400..
so im happy about that :doindadom

I was wondering about PCI-E, some people are saying for now its not worth it but eventually it will take over..

my friend just bought this card actually, raised his aquamark score by like 3000 points from his 9800 pro 128mb, but no, i wouldnt pay 400 squid for a graphics card, i normally go for something mid range that will keep your cmoputer going for a while and be able to play everything :)

agp8x has 2GB/s bandwidth, pci-e has 4GB/s. there is no difference as of now between agp and pci-e as there is no game or gpu out there that has even strained the bandwidth offered by agp4x(1GB/s). basically we're all being forced to migrate over to pci-e for the newer hardware because it's cheaper to manufacture which means more $$$ for the tech corporations.

It does not cost that much, my friend bought GF 7800gt for about 320 dollars. So, x850 should be cheaper than GF7800gt, right?

Have you checked out like NewEGG or Slickdeals?
