I've ate at kfc at least several times a week since i was a kid. Im not gonna stop because some stupid hollywood bozos and emo's dont like the way they cook there chicken.

I prefer to focus on the millions of PEOPLE (you know, like the ones Soylent Green is made out of) that are living in squalor, with nothing to eat and nowhere to live.

I personally suggest that everyone focus less on saving the damn chickens and cows and such, and more on, say, starving children in Africa. Even the homeless in the United States.

Not to mention I bet Pamela Anderson wouldn't eat KFC even if she had the chance. She's just doing it because it's easy and gets her publicity.

its cruel and the chickens have undergone cruelty, but its not like they can shout out saying no to animal cruelty...kfc needs to chuck all those employees who take part in it....

i cant eat @ kfc...due to religious dietary laws......but my religion does say that the animal needs to be killed in the most painless way as possible.....so that's another reason as to why i cant/wouldnt eat there.

maybe this is only in the US where this is going on...coz other countries with kfc branches would have "homegrown" chicken....

its stupidly hypocritical to just care about this one issue of animal cruelty just because its getting so much exposure. If you REALLY did care, you would be out doing this research everyday (and as a consequence you would probably be living off of tree bark and bean sprouts).

ANYWAY, yeah that is a pretty cruel reality of what we eat comes from, but like said above theirs more important things to worry about, like the people that hardly GET any food. Sorry, I feel the needs of humans come before the needs of animals. Not that I don't care about animals, but there are more important issues concerning our fellow men.

For example, I feel fine right now, I don't feel like anything is wrong with the world. Now if I were to see videos of human torture I'd end up with a few things to day about that, which I wouldn't have to say without the exposure, and normally wouldn't even have crossed my mind in the first place.

well we might as well not be vegetarians either. say all you want, but the fact remains that plant vegetation (aka much of usual greens that we eat) are considered living things as well.....with a respective respiratory/circulatory system that achieves the same purpose as the R/C systems that we humans have.

physiologically, a plant and animal are obviously different, but in some respects we're one in the same by the example stated aboves. that being said, why isn't anyone making a big fuss when i bite into a stalk of celery as opposed to those people who are saying KFC is being harsh to chickens?

What you have to consider is, how much is this ACTUALLY relevant to like...anything? These animals are being sold to this company so they can be turned into food. One way or another, they will be turned into food. You don't want them to feel pain when they get killed? THEY'RE STILL GOING TO GET KILLED, WHY THE HELL DOES IT MATTER?

It doesn't matter. This is a chance for people to try and associate themselves with something humanitarian so they look like a good person.

Not to mention I hate fallout boy and Pamela Anderson would be better if she wasn't a blonde (personal preference).

Well, not that they were growing extra wings and shit, but that they have genetically modified the chickens so much that they actually can no longer be considered "chickens". Their official designation is "Poultry Product #12" and that's why Kentucky Fried Chicken changed its name to KFC, because they were actually no longer selling fried "chicken" anymore.

Pamela Anderson won't eat at KFC because the chickens die, but she will still eat at Outback Steakhouse where the cows and pigs die. even if she tries to justify it by claiming "KFC tortures chicken", how will they get on the plate if they don't die one way or the other?
