Here is an example of just how rotten the laws have become where gender is concerned.

An 8-year old boy was being babysat by a 14-year old girl. They played a game of Truth or Dare. She dared him to touch her breasts. He did. *HE* then got charged with lewd conduct with a MINOR.

EIGHT YEARS OLD!!!! The 14-year old babysitter was charged with...NOTHING.

but ok, 8 yr old.. how is that even possible. Below the age of 10, a child cannot be held responsible, even if they kill someone. It's the deranged word of law.

Of course that is how it looks in my country, but as i heard, its the same in any other place.

And about the charges - yep, thats really stupid. Just unecessary stress for kids and parents. Probably parents of that girl, wanted some compensation. It would be good oportunity to get some serious money for nothing.

When kids are in larger group, in pre school or first class of primary school, it natural that one know something more about "sex and stuff" and its also natural that he's talking with the rest of kids about this. It really does depend on the circumstances, my parents taught me all about the birds and the bee's when I was 7 because my mum was pregnant with my brother and they thought well....she's gonna ask eventually.I don't see whats so 'idiotic' about it, just because a kid is taught about sex doesnt mean that they are automatically going to run off and start experimenting with it.

with the "sex in crowd" though you may say they hide that side of theirs
and they secretly teach someone especially 10 and below ages about sex stuff

I'm willing to bet money that if a male babysitter had asked a female girl, of eight years (whom he was babysitting) to do something of similar nature, the babysitter would be arrested. Which is what should have happened here.

The girl initiated it. Even though the boy followed through with it, he probably didn't entirely know what was going on. And the fact that he told his mother everything so plainly shows that he most likely didn't know it was a wrong thing to do.
