both arent the best piece of work, the two are basically the same type of style. The stocks look like destaurated and just turned to another shade of color, while the bg looks like theres no work into it. Paint's font blends in a lil better than sas. Sas's font just sticks out like a sore thumb

They both aren't that great, but if I had to vote Paint's is better. It may suck but a tiny bit of a better flow.

both need more depth into the bg, err paint the way you blended the stock wasnt that good =\ SAS YOU REALLY NEED TO GET BETTER FONTS!

Paint GMV, its better, but like said above not that nice looking.

both are wider than I'd consider a good width.
