About the "Creating your own Zanpakuto subject"

I was searching a thread where I could describe my would-be zanpakuto for a lot of time and didn't find it. Although, someone said that there was already a thread about it. Could some one give a link to it? I think I'm not the only one searching for this, so this could help a few people.

Thank you very much! I was searching with the key word "create", wich isn't used... o_O
