11th Current Requirements:
- None...




The Admins/C46 has decided that each div should make requirements for members who are interested/


sooo.....

...instead of me or katen just putting the same ol' crap that everyone has, I wanted to make ours a little interesting.

That's why i'm leaving it up to you guys.




The Mission:

Each of you Post 1 or more requirements you expect from anyone interested in joining 11th.

you can make it strict or funny. let your personalities show :)




Requirements To Join:
-On CB for at least 1 Month
-150+ posts (Good Posts)
-Must Be Active = 3 to 5 Posts/day

Good idea I actually had already written up ours (thanks for checking with me shin XD) but I like this better.

1. All applicants must have the ability to tie their shoelaces with their tounges (Im watching you)

- 2 trains are going towards eachother, they are 2 miles apart, one goes with 80 mph the other with 50 mph, why did the duck cross the street?

requirements:

- successfully finishing the academy
-- (incl. academy requirements)
- healthy activity
- no negative rep
- friendly and helpful attitude
- good reason for joining

- Active for at least a month. (Which is already there, but I thought I'd restate it..)
- Must be willing to hand over any/all points to Zansatsu at any given moment.
- No more dudes. lmao.
- Must understand that Zansatsu is a god, and must be worshipped as so.

It's kinda hard to come up with somethin to find out about that person without annoying them to the point of no interest or having them just repeat crap from the Academy. Then again, that might be oK since it would possibly weed out the not so serious.

We could come up with some sort of questionnaire from which we could evaluate the person through the answers.
Or have them write a paragraph or two about a subject that would demand some thought or about their biggest interest or hobby.
They would have to give us reference of themselves from 3 other members so we can see who they hang out with. (Preferably not other graduates)
We could have them create something in the field of specialty on the topic of division eleven, whether this one or the anime one.
Come up with a questionnaire for one of our division members to answer in order to better get to know him. Then by the questions asked the creativity could be uncovered a bit.

Of course there is always room for more and better ideas on assignments. No one wants to do ALL of those things, so we could have a list of things to choose from, from which they choose two “evaluation tasks”. All this sounds kinda fascism like, but we don’t have to implement it if the majority thinks it will do more harm than good. But if we choose from a wide enough of tasks then everyone no matter what taste or skill should be able to find something they can complete. I personally would be able to see enough of ones character out of the things I noted above so we could make the right choice. Some of these would also bring to the front any skills they might have in art, gfx or writing. I realize that just coming out of the academy they might be a bit sick of doing assignments, but if they really want to join 11th I think they would do it.

We should also implement that by accepting the invitation to the division you are agreeing to complete silence concerning division activity. As in what is said here stays here. It would just look bad if someone was going around discussing personal business with other divisions.

I agree with all.
- must be joining the division with commitment in mind. If they join and find out it is not what they were expecting or don’t get along with the people here then they can leave of course, but if they plan on splittin then they don’t need to be here.
- Must be clear of the stipulations and punishment of sharing info for contests


- No newbs.
if no newbs are allowed, then I would not be here. Don’t think we need to count people out just because they are new to the whole internet society thing.

- if girls, she must undergo a redicilously detailed face and body scan
- must be able to switch from funny to serious in a matter of 10 seconds.

1. All girls must be single when entering the 11th div, i get first dibs on all females

2. must tell us 5 things about them selfs 4 being true and 1 being a lie.

example : My favorite food is pizza, I like guys, I once ate cow babies raw, I saw a guy stick his penis in a cars tail pipe, i love crayon shin chan.. Like that then we all guess which one is the lie or they can just put it in /spoilers within their post
