I was watching episode 8 and i noticed a few Vasto lords apear in front of the grand fisher anyone else see them and it seems like they want Ichigo dead.

Vaste Lordes are humonoid in appearance. There were no Vaste Lordes there.

No that can happen with anything, even a wall. . .

If there was a Vasto lorde at that time... umm bleach would be over rather quickly (the series).

No he's not xrazy people. In the begining of episode 8 or 9, you DO see Vasto Lordes(well they look it, as they're quite humanoid) stading there all shadowed, and Grand fisher is ordered to go after Ichigo.

It was an anime only thing though.

We've never seen a Vastoroode as far as we know. Perhaps some of the Espada is a Vastoroode but that's not confirmed.
