We all knew the top two picks, but after that, thoughts? Reactions?
How about the trades?
Randolph to NY
Allen to Boston
Richardson to the Bobcats
Ichi-Zoro 3

dang! its so stupid! why did the Warriors traded J-Rich to the bobcats? J-Rich plays well with Baron Davis in the warriors and they're my favorite team..
well.. is it true Kevin Garnett is going to LA Lakers??

Yeah I live out in the bay, and I am just stunned they traded J-Rich, he was a huge part of their run this season, which I had to say was so exciting to be apart of, I am just surprised they would get rid of such a key piece after a season like that, plus, Wright still needs to develop, who knows when he will be a good player, if at all.
There are about a million rumors about KG right now, but from what I heard, he won't be going to LAL or BOS the most likely scenario is for him to join the Suns and the Suns trade Marion or Stoudemire to a third team(probably the Hawks) so then MIN gets some young players + picks, from the third team involved.
Its what I expected. Suprised by the trades. I thought the Chinese guy would go earlier

I am not surpirsed where Yi went, if anything he would have only gone one place earlier, but that would only of happened if the Celtics decided not to trade the pick, so him going 6 wasn't that big of a surprise.
Probably my favorite player who I see being very good, other then Durant and Oden, has got to be Conley Jr. I just like the way he plays and I see him being successful in the pros.

well the Hawks are ready for another wonderful year...With their 2 great draft picks.
The Hawks have been basically shunned in Atlanta, and no one wants to go see our team suck every night.

Lol yeah they have been bad, even with all these high picks they still haven't done anything, but if they land Amare maybe it will create interest?
Not like my team is doing any better, the Celtics(I used to live by Boston so I am all Boston fan) have made just so many great trades over the last few years, I am glad we keep getting rid of our first picks, last year for a shitty PG and this year a old Ray Allen who we can hope he still has 1-2 good years left, otherwise ugh...

ZOMG, time for me to vent my anger on how stupid Seattle was with the #5 pick that they got from Boston.
So, with the 5th pick, Seattle takes Jeff Green, they should have taken Yi instead. If anything else, they should have taken Yi simply for the sake of selling tickets and building a bigger fan base. Seattle has one of the largest Asian communities in North America, and is only 2 hours away from Vancouver, which probably IS the largest Asian community in North America. Having both Durant and Yi, their chances of getting a new arena built and staying in Seattle would increase big time.
From a player perspective, both Yi and Green play similar positions, and most people had considered Yi to be the better prospect coming into the draft. So why did they take Green over Yi?

Well to tell you the truth I like the Green pick for their team, not just fan base or whatever. They now have a superstar in Durant, who can lead the team and score a lot of points, and with the Green pick they get a guy who is a TEAM player and I think thats important. He won't mind taking the back seat and letting Durant do is thing, he will love passing him the ball, but he also has the skills to score if he needs to, I see him as a very solid player who will be a great compliment to Durant. But then again I haven't really seen Yi play so I am not sure how he plays.
