Hehehehe, yep. I didn't get it till after reading bleach though (fan for only a month or so XD)

In series jokes I always love the Kon-ichi scenes, where Kon is trying to molest Rukia, getting kicked in the groin. And the recent scene from 182 where Kon is jacking off XD

Some of the funniest Bleach jokes are normally ones they cut from the anime, like the mid-chapter omakes and small littles scenes.

(Such as boxing champ Orihime, Chad chasing after Kon along with the girls, ISSHIN'S WHISTLE COLLECTION! (further proof Isshin is awesome. CHICKEN WHISTLE~), and so on)
