Meena went out for shopping. She had in her handbag approximately Rs. 15 in one rupee notes and 20 Paise coins. When she returned, she had as many one rupee notes, as originally there were 20 paise coins.
And coins as she had one rupee notes. She actually came back with about one-third of what she had started out with. How much did she spend, and how much did she originally have when she started oout?

Assuming that Approximately Rs.15 is somewhere between 14 - 16 and she had EXACTLY 1/3 of what she left with then ::
How much did she spend, and how much did she originally have when she started oout?
Spent :: Rs. 9.60
Originally had :: Rs. 14.40
Amount when she Returned :: Rs. 4.80


If this isnt the answer then the problem is to vague because it says "had in her handbag approximately Rs. 15" AND "She actually came back with about one-third" Both of which indicate uncertainty and leave the problem to interpretation...
