This is a short little animation I made while I was bored. Even though the animation is short, it took a pretty long time to make. Please post comments and possible ideas for improvement if you want. Thanks. =]
(There are three pieces of text which you will see, but are blurry due to the color combination of the text and background. 1) Damn, time go to. 2) Damn, too slow! 3)Credits to the sprite makers. )

The first moments is a bit too slow. The other parts are pretty good.
And the way ulquiorra is falling is pretty strange.

good direction for the fight...moves a bit choppy. Also how a rietsu charge defeated a cero blast i'd never know. lol XP One thing...in saving files to png, text isn't always your best friend unless someone is reading it on a white BG, i'm using the balck and green fluid theme and i can't read the text at all.
Only just saw this...some of the sprites weren't cut right. I can still see the BG color from the ichigo sheet. I have the sheet myself and worked with it so i know when that color comes up what it means.

Yea, I still have to fix some things. Thanks for the comments though guys. This was kind of like a draft type of thing I guess. I got tired of working with it so I just added an ending, but I still wanted to add more stuff (need more sprites though).

Also a good ending would be after ulliquora disappears have ichigo rip off the mask.

Everything is choppy and seems like it has a white outline that can be seen. The sprites look like my failed attemps to make a signature. The movements are slow fast slow fast ,and isn't really appealing to the eye.

gets a little choppy toward the end, and the text is barely readable. but of course there is room to improve. i just hope you can continue :D

The entire animation, while a good attempt, is all choppy and twitchy throughout. Needless to say, its definitely a good idea if you use markers to align the sprites, rather than from memory. Not only that, but the speed and framerate is more than a little off; its like a bad DS emulator.
Aside from the obvious marker suggestion, I also suggest you use a frame rate of somewere around...I'd say 80/mpf (milliseconds per frame) for all movements and frames.
