Not bad, went kind of down hill once you got to the arms. But still pretty cute, Teenage grimmjow is nice :) You might wanna redo the arms then have someone make line art out of it cause its really nice. Love the face.

I love the face and the anatomy of the body makes it look like he is in chibi but not really but if you work on his body it will look better but over all nice :3

The wideness (up to down) of his eyes makes him look a bit "surprised"

I like the hair, and the entire vest is well done. Everything on his torso also seems well proportioned. In only 15 mins as well..

Thanks :). I think next time to help out the body, I will draw the actual body first, muscles and everything, and then add the clothes so that the body doesn't look so disproportioned.

I spent most of the time on the face, and sort of rushed through the body, but that's generally how I draw bodies anyway. I'm usually decent at the torso and abdomen and then my skill begin highly lacking once I get to arms/legs/appendages.
