Looking up at nova's light
As it draws closer to the heart
Wondering what was
Behind that heavenly glow

I stretch out my hands
As I try to touch you
Feeling your presence
Near me, all around me

I try to hold on to you
As you circle above me
Swaying to the music
Disappearing within myself

You swear you love me
As I try to keep that light
Savouring this heart
That tries to heal

And so I cry
As you appear before me
The light shines white
And I know that I'm alive
