Where in the US do you live (if you live in the US)? I have heard that most people home schooled live in the midwest US or under the bible belt. Just curious.

Not to mention the lack of interaction with other kids... I personally don't like the home schooling program.

It has its benefits but definitely its downfalls, Human interaction is a big part of life.. and you could always argue "Well I come on the forums!"

But thats alot different than talking in person, On here I talk about this stuff easy, doesn't matter who I'm talking to.

But In person, I get extremely nervous and shy when talking to a big group of people (especially people I don't know and if they are all being quiet looking at me, Its stupid but I do)

anyways, lol :) now that I'm done derailing this thread.. (Bringing the thread offtrack.. - pun intended :o)

I'm a freshmen in college like you and I've tried to talk to just about every person I see. Which is not a problem for me, unless I really like a girl :)

I was at school and home, I only go part of the day and the rest I have free. I started homeschool/independent studey from the middle of 12th grade. It was good, I only had to see the teacher once a week for an hour and she gave me the all the work for the week then. Sometimes not all human interaction is good and I had serious issues with that. Oh, I live in California so it's not only in the "Bible Belt".

Keke. I`m not siick and CB`s banned at school.. So the only reason I was on CB during school hours today is because I had study leave after my IPT exam today.. Yayy! :B

Well, I was very careful in my post to say "most" people, not all. Obviously exceptions exist everywhere in the world. Never pick the choice which says "always" on the SAT :)
