Alas, here we are again- time for another episode of the Great Divide!
What is this Great Divide you ask? Well basically I pick ten random members and ask a chosen question and if you're lucky enough, get the chance to have your say in the matter and shared with the rest of the CB.
And the question today ladies and gentlemen (and hermaphrodites) is..
"Summer or Winter? Which is the better season?"

I prefer summer to winter personally. Winter is nice, but I'd rather have the weather be hot instead of terribly cold. I do like snow though, it's fun to throw at my friends.

Well Thats a tough choice really... I like them both for different reasons...Summer is good because you have all the good looking people walking beaches half naked. ;-)
Winter is good Because of all the Winter sports like Snowboarding and figure skating... I Like Winter because when it comes time to have the Winter Olympics They're more fun to watch, mainly because bike races and relays bore me. The Volleyball and the Diving can be cool but I think in the end I'd have to pick... ...
Winter... I enjoy the Winter Sports more than those in the Summer, and there's the inherent romantic bonus to the winter... Its winter so its obviously cold and when you're cold you can Cuddle for warmth! Cuddling for the win! lol

I really like winter.. The reason has always been that I have this perhaps unnatural fascination with rain. It gives you that cozy feeling when you crawl into bed at night and listen to the thudding on the roof and sometimes ill sit idly and watch it.. In the rain or from outside. Lastly.. It gives me an excuse to sit inside all day.. which I kinda do anyway.. but I like the darkness that winter brings :D.

ok cool well first off im happy to have been one of the random members you picked. and to answer your question really I live in the caribbean ther is no winter lol. just 365 of sun, heat and more sun. tourist love the weather because the sun her is nice ther are no huge buildings and pollution in the air is at its lowest in these regions. but do have a summer here and to me thats the best season we have our annual carnival here which is off the chain and then with this celebration there are the girl that come for summer O lord the girls.
summer is the time when all the major parties happen and i spent a summer in NY once and its all the same lots of girls, parties and things to do. so i wold prefer summer over winter any time.
now the winter hmmmmmm. i been in winter twice once in NY and the other in toronto i was nothing like when i was growing up in the caribbean watching disney channel lol. there was no snow man, no snow angels and snoll ball fights were limited to heavy snow. so summer is the better season more things can be done and more girls can be seen.

Out of the both of them, I would say I love winter. Why? Cause we don't get winter here! Its basically summer all year round and it's not fun -__- I love cold weather and snow, we don't get snow here *coughIwonderwhycough* :P I'd love to be in a country that has the four seasons instead of four monsoon seasons so yeah, winter would have to be the better season.

I choose Winter. Because everybody loves Christmas!!!! Sure the weeks of are less than Summer, but it's worth it. At least, in my case. Christmas was the very reason I got a PS3 in the first place! :D

Lets see....Summer or winter...
Well, both have their strong points and faults. In the summer, you are free to do what you want. Summer is a laid back, warm, fun time to hang out with people or just do whatever you want.
However, in winter, you have snow. 'Nuff said.
So..summer or winter? I guess I'm going to have to say Summer.
Am I overthinking this?

Winter, to be honest.
I lived a majority if life in one of the most northern states in the US, and grew up loving the winter, before moving the bottom of the US, where it never snows. It may also be symbolic to my pessimistic view on life, since winter represents the end of life, the death and the soliloquy of life.
And eating those yellow Snocones laying around outside tasted so good!

Hard question...summer is good because of the girls in bikinis that populate the beaches...but winter is good because that's when all the good games get released, and it's also when Christmas is. Plus, snow is just cool. I'm going to go with winter. Video games and Christmas ftw. :D
