Seriously, even tho they screwed Ulq's moment [again] in ep 140, it shows how much of a superior level Ulquiorra is at compared to Grimmjow.

He out-flashed (shunpo/sonido) everyone there, including Ichigo, Rukia, Shinji and Grimmjow. They did not sense Ulquiorra until he was already standing with Grimmjow - the anime reversed that -.-
