Oh, that's gross. But I'll still go to McDonalds. As long as it tastes good, I really don't care. ^_^ Unless what I'm eating is blatently disgusting (like a chicken head..). Mistakes happen. Most likely the majority of the chicken nugget production line is not handled directly by humans. That's how the head probably was able to get in. Then again, some prankster could have very easily thrown it into the fryer.

The only person who can be blamed is the moron who scooped it into the box. I've worked the grill at McD's and there's no way you could scoop that up unless you didn't care at all. You have to look at the nuggets to make sure you grabbed the right amount.
