I can see you're trying to get the lines to rhyme but you often miss out or add a beat. Say for instance the last line, the word 'our' doesnt really fit because its two syllables. Try a one syllable word such as these or mine. I dont get the second line of your second stanza by the way. Its a nice poem though.
