My dad thinks the weekend is for cleaning up the house all day but it seems that luck is starting to blow my way because he has had to work some mandatory weekends and i don't have to clean up anymore:)

I'm not really forced to study since i always make A's and B's even if i don't although that might change once i take Honors Discrete(a very hard math) next year along with AP Statistics(even harder)

I clean up on the weekends, and just plain hangout. Once you reach college, you'll see why your parents clean up every weekend :)

I just hang out on the weekends, I never have to clean or study.(it's good to be a slacker)

Week end.......
It's 2 days where I am not at work

I got my parents saying that I should be doing more on my week end as appose to just hang out with friends and play Star Wars Galaxies.

In a way, they are right. So after little thinking, I am signing up to be Scout Leader this week.

My parents do not tell me what to do during the weekend... just telling us to relax or help with housework. They never force me and my siblings to do what they want us to do. They give us freedom to relax.

After all we do study or work from Monday to Friday so the weekend are for us to relax ourselves from the stress building up from the weekdays...

I pretty much do whatever I want. Normally I'll have a paper to write or something, and a few chores. Other than that it's up to me! I think everyone should have some time to just kick back because life is to short.

My weekends are for whatever I want... travel, sleep, study, clean, play, whatever. Of course, being a college student (and 22) parents don't have much say in what I do, but either way my weekends have always been my weekends as long as I get things done.

My weekend is for working. Mum makes me work in the resturant (usually making the drinks) from 7-1 in the morning. On Fridays, after school and Saturday. the on Sunday, I HAVE to go to chinese school from 10:30-1. After that, housework then homework. My only moments of rest are Saturday afternoons... bliss if it won't for my bro and his g/f coming back, one of our part-times coming back. they stay every w/end and theres no peace when that parttime is around.... it's not that bad ^^

My weekends are usually what I wanna do. I'm a senior in high school and my parents feel that since I got one year left of fun and that I am now starting to have an individual life that they lay off of chores. Never been a christian though so I dont go to church usually I just have 5 or 6 friends up to my house and we have lan parties and listen to loud music till 5 am.

So for me its pretty laid back but when my parents need something done like mowing the lawn do the dishes clean the house/room or any other big chores such as taking care of the horses and cleaning their stalls I do all that stuff when they ask. Usually atleast. Cant say my style of life reflects my grades though so when they get low I get yelled at alot but no diff then any other kid with bad grades and parentals yelling.

Lifes pretty easy for me though :P.

weekends are, the time to relax, unwind and release the tension and stress of the week. I personally have always been lazy but bein in University I to do pretty much what I want, if my parents need assistance with heavy lifting or stuff I lend a hand, otherwise i sleep, eat, train do what ever I feel like.

The weekend gives you two days to catch up on things that need doing or for doing something you want to do.
