After a long stay in the palace, I came to see what was happening in familiar territory, and noticed a very unusual hollow stationed in the centre of the rending pit. He looked beaten, and unwell, but when his eyes met mine, I could instantly tell who it was.
So this is what Excruite has been reduced to...

However, Himura took no notice of this and continued on his own, gathering whatever emotions he felt within, committed on not letting them show.
Known for his darker side, Himura always tried to reach his highest, wherever his path took him. A few deaths was nothing for the Greater Good, he thought, and yet there would always be people opposing his visions. The sheer embarrassment of not being able to do anything about it made him enroll within the Shinigami academy, to become stronger; both mind and body. And to show those who had doubted him, that one day, his vision would become a reality.
