i'm going to pretend i didn't see any of that... i never thought of dumbledore as gay, and i'm certainly not going to think of it that way now. nothing homophobic, it's just that to me it doesn't seem right, to make him a homo when that has nothing to do with the plot at all.

I never expected Dumbledore to be gay either.

It makes sense though; all that time with Grindelwald when they were young, now being very fond of Harry and spending much time with him, his obsession with the power of love, why he and McGonagall (sp?) haven't got anything going on and why he put the Marvolo ring on.
Yup, my thoughts. I would even expect Hagrid or Sirius to be gay before thinking about Dumbledore being interested in men (I'm not homophobic or anything, it's just very unexpected).
