Espada Emergency - Crisis Averted??

SITUATION HAS CHANGED - INFO HERE (http://forums.bleachportal.net/showthread.php?p=2174630#post2174630)

Okay so to catch anyone up to speed that has been away for the last 24 hours - Espadas were going to be killed by Admins, now can stay with future restrictions. However this has made me rethink a few things.

1. Vbux reset seems inevitable. I've sent out 150,666 to each member (admins/s-mods aside). We don't really have a need for it. Spend like crazy whilst you still can.
2. Revised team ladder will be up shortly.
3. Add me on MSN you foos. Like half of you haven't ;_; Captains get no love.

Which isn't a bad thing, I suppose, just means we'll have to kick out the inactives...

I suppose it'd be odd to have a numeros division though. For a hierarchy, I guess you could keep the Privaron, and then maybe have an "Aizen or Espada Master" followed by the 10 Espada, giving us 12.
