Vizard?

I noticed that different members have tags next to their avatar.

I saw one a while ago that was a Vizard tag.

How are these tags aquired? (I wanna be a Vizard!)

Are there specific requirements one has to follow to gain a certain tag?

(I under stand the division tags, but not the Arrancar, Vizard, and the rest...)

Can some one help me out here?
