This is serious. There is a large revamping going on in the Gotei 13. Nomad-taichou and I will be cleaning out the Division of inactive members.

So here goes. Each member will be required to post here and answer ALL of the following questions. All members who do not post here within 4 days from today will be sent a PM and have 2 days to reply to the PM.

Obviously, posting on a daily/weekly basis, and some sort of contribution here and there.

Leading from example professionalism, and a friendly attitude.

I guess the revamp is needed since inactivity is an issue around here.
Whatever needs to be done is done, and I'm happy to cooperate.

So that i can get a usertag, seeing as that's all that us lazy members want.

- Participate, and encourage others to participate, in the contests and activities.

Regular posting with contest participation where possible.

Activeness. Creating a friendly environment.

The revamp should be a step in right direction for all divisions to gain a widespread sense of competitiveness that hasn't been observed for some time.

Why do you want to be in the Gotei 13?
To experience the greatest quality of Club Bleach. I find it interesting that this forum has such organization and I want to be apart of it.
Why do you want to be in the 4th division?
To commute with fellow members that share my common interests. The 4th division has many nice members and wonderful Captains that keep this place interesting.
Name at least two things that you would do to improve the 4th Division.
-Encourage members to participate more in the Contests. Hate to say it, but we aren't really getting the best scores in the Contests. Though I myself hardly participate and I wish to change that.
-Try to bring in more active members that show promise to help give the 4th division more level ground with the rest of the divisions.

What would YOU expect from an active member of the 4th Division?
To participate in the Contests, post in the subforum a couple times a week, and suggest ideas to make this place better.
What do you expect from the DC/VC of the 4th Division?
To come up with regular ideas to keep the members of the Division interested in staying and to carry themselves in a professional manner and follow the rules.

I believe that the Activity sweep is definitely necessary. There are many members who go through the academy and join a division just to sport the usertag and don't put any effort into improving their division. We need to weed out those members so the people who actually want to be here will.

To be part of a team and to be contributing in something meaningful to me.

Because I like all the people in this squad and we have a really good captain and vice captain in this division.

-We should push people more to do the contests (even though i should be helping out myself, i will change that)
-When you post in other threads, post smarty and maturely.

To participate in contests and help the squad anyways possible.

Kindliness and to be encouraging to members to participate in contests.

I think that these activity checks are good, tbh. I dont see alot of the members being active which should change. And i think that we should work more as a team and try to win some contests.

To help out my division as much as I can, and to have an anchor keeping me on Club Bleach.

I was chosen to be in 4th division. Therefore, I have, not just and obligation, but a committed choice to being in the fourth division.

-Add a debate thread, possibly.
-Get periodic checks on active division members, or even secret checks by the DC\VC every now and again.

4. What would YOU expect from an active member of the 4th Division?
Not just posting every day, but making sure to help in contests and strive to improve 4th division.

5. What do you expect from the DC/VC of the 4th Division?
Keeping us posted on aspects of Gotei that we don't have access to, as well as dealing with mods and admins. when it comes to division works. (Just what I think happens with it....not really sure if it's right), and to keep us active and "in-line".

I think the revamp is a very good idea. Albeit there are some aspects I question about it, I still have to wonder how it has gotten so bad that we must do a whole division wide revamping instead of just letting the divisions deal with it on their own. However, in retrospect, I'd say the revamp might be grossly needed.

i only expect one thing good leadership in other words being able to solve problems with a neutral solution

this revamp might be a pain but it is needed to better sort out the divisions and give everyone an equal opportunity

Additionally, I have decided to go ahead and kick MishaSan from the Division. I loved her to death, but she was inactive before, and has been inactive for over a month again. I understand her situation with the internet, but this has been too long, and if she fixes it and there are spaces, I will consider reinstating her membership.

I sent a PM to L'Arc Enzeru ... he has been gone for 9 days. I'm giving him a small window of opportunity to shape up... or else he will also be gone. :(

I would say that everyone would have to post a bit more than five good posts a week since that is way to low imo. I might just be really active though:/ On good days I can get in like 50-100 posts if im really on the forum but I cant expect ya'll to be like that :p

The revamp would be good if DB didnt pick the same people to be a captain.(nothing against ya'll :P) Because like if the Espada captain gets picked to be a captain, then guess who he would chose?

For the revamp i think that it might help to get everything back in working order and bring all the div to an equal playing field
