Good Evening fellow Taichous and Fukataichous.
As I have been asked to do by Undying, I would like every captain and vice-captain to make a post here simply to indicate that they are active.
The name list below lists the people who have yet to report. As you report, your name will be removed from the list - easy!
It would also be appreciated, if ONE DC/VC from each division could post a tally of how many of their members have been active during the last week - this will help us and the C46 track which divisions are doing what, and maybe help change things around with regards recruitment etc.
EVERYONE MUST REPORT BY 00:00 GMT ON THURSDAY 1ST NOVEMBER 2007 (adjust for your respective time zones). FAILURE TO REPORT WILL BE REPORTED AS DEEMED BY UNDYING
So with that aside - to the list:
1st division:

10/20 MEMBERS ACTIVE - INACTIVE BEING REMOVED
7th division:
Captain: Not Cursive (APPARENTLY POSTED :eek13:)

ALL MEMBERS REPORTING ACTIVE
9th division:
ALL DECLARED
10th division:

Undying reporting to his own activity check :o.
Out of my members, I have had a total of 10 active members (including myself and the vice-captain). I measured activity through communications (PM, IM, etc) and posting in the division.
As for the other ten, they are to be removed.

OHNOMOMO (her new caps name) gave the VC position of 7th to me last Saturday.
All members are active, as Cursive and I went through the inactive members yesterday, and we had to relinquish one.
13/13 active members, to be numerical.

sakura reporting for duty. damn i didn't realize i have to take a shower already!
went thru the members early this morning. one was expelled for inactivity another voluntarily left. 2 more members are questionable on their intent to stay. but until that happens, 11/11 are supposedly active. that number may drop by saturday night.

im really busy...but....i kicked out all my inactive members
so now i only have my acitve members...
the 8th is very active
anyway...it would be very nice added my VC to the list....i dont know y he is the only one thats not there (.//Espeon)

Member Update:
DC + VC + 9/10 members accounted for.
- This includes Pie our newest member
- Additionally, I sent a PM to the one member not active L'arc Enzeru (http://forums.bleachportal.net/z/index.php?z-profile=hollow-enzeru)... it's been 9 days. I want to give him a few days to discover all the changes, then he's gone if he doesn't show up soon...

Most members are still active, depending on the current activity check we are having, we might have to remove one or two.

14/17 members are active (including myself and Rabid). Three are currently inactive (two of which have good reasons and plan to return soon). The other one was very active up until just recently, so I'm going to wait a while before removing her from the division.
8/13 members are active including the Captain and VC.
Most of the inactives have a reason.

9th Division previous had 16/20 members. 5 members were removed because 3 left the 9th Division by choice, 1 was active in other areas of CB but hardly in the 9th (member has agreed to leave) and the other was inactive completely.
Division capacity has been brought down to 16 members. Currently the 9th has 11/16, with all members except two (DC and one member) active. Exceptional members have stated their reasons.
I have to leave the tally to my VC cause she's temp. DC until I make my official return next week.

/me wonders what gives Undying to do this crap anyway.

Time expired. 1st and 11th No Shows - Action to be decided by Undying. All other Captains and Vice Captains who didn't post but were declared active by a team mate shall be dealt with as seen fit by Undying if necessary.

May i suggest that we appoint a div to be in charge of activity reports?
All DC/VC PM their reports to the div in charge, and by end of the week, the DC/VC in charge will post the compiled reports of all Gotei 13 divisions in a "Weekly Activity Check" thread.
Less clutter, easy to read, more organized imo :D
Kichi compiled the 1st weekly check, can i assume you are in charge of this? :3

I have been thinking about this, too, Ren.
I'll put up more organised suggestions when I had some rest and finished with my real life appointments.

Might as well keep it one division does it one week the other division does it the other and so on. AT least for some div to contribute.
