Well, as I said before, ((And you'll probably hear it from me about 200 times more...)) I'm used to more small-scale operations....and from what I see of the rps, most of which are either closed or outdated. I wanted to sign up for the Harry Potter rp, but it was sign-ups were closed on one and outdated on another.....which ones are accepting applications? ((I'm refering to all rps....not just the HP one.))

I'm not an expert on the rps since I only participate in the 666 Satan one, but all the RPGs in the Other RPs section have a main thread where you can submit a character, and a rping thread as well.

Ones with subsections are usually much bigger

The harry potter one went inactive and has recently taken action in starting up again so just watch and movement in that one
