I watched 30 seconds then came to the conclusion it was retarded.

So I decided I was unfair so decided to try and give it another shot, and watched about 20 seconds. Still retarded. Only funny thing in that is how Tousen looked, and it's not the good type of funny.

The hot asian chick in the wig at the end is the only worthwhile thing.
